Sucralose Powder

Sucralose, also known as E955 in the European Union, is an artificial sweetener and zero-calorie sugar substitute. It is approximately 600 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar), twice as sweet as saccharin, and 3.3 times as sweet as aspartame. Unlike aspartame, sucralose remains stable under heat and across a wide range of pH conditions, making it suitable for baking and products with extended shelf life. The success of sucralose-based products can be attributed to its superior taste, stability, and safety when compared to other low-calorie sweeteners.
