Chrysin

Poplar is present in the seeds and stem skins of the Bigniaceae plant Oroxylum indicum(L.)Vent, the heart wood of the Pinaceae pine (Pinus mon-ticola Dougl.), and the heart wood of the mangrove pine (P.aristata Engelm.). A flavonoid similar to apigenin. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
