Let me introduce you to liposomes
Liposome refers to a kind of closed vesicle substance with similar biofilm structure
formed by using phospholipid and cholesterol as membrane materials. It belongs
to a kind of dosage form with microcapsule powder capsule and tablet, etc., but
the purpose is different. Liposome is a special dosage form for increasing
absorption and utilization.
See figure for specific structure
Under certain conditions, when the liposome is dispersed in the water phase, the
hydrophobic groups will spontaneously gather together under hydrophobic interaction,
and the hydrophilic groups will also aggregate with each other. After the system is
stabilized, a closed circular multilayer structure of "head to head, tail to tail" will be
formed, so that the Gibbs free energy of the whole system can reach the lowest state.
Phospholipids are very important liposomal markers. Phospholipids in red blood cell
membranes are extracted and spread on the surface of water to form a unit molecular
layer, which is just twice the surface area of red blood cells. At the same time, the amount
of lipids in cell membrane is about 50%, and phospholipids are the most abundant natural
sources of lipids. The absorption of fat-soluble components also depends on the amount
of lipids and the rate of diffusion, so phospholipids are important.
We have now verified that the first liposome is the nanometer particle size after the dissolved
water, the second is the uniformity of the nanometer distribution, and the second is the
loading capacity and stability. Cosmetic and pharmaceutical grade liquids also have a
special emphasis on the encapsulation rate, each of which is tested by standard testing methods.
